Alumni of Govt. Homoeopathic Medical College (GHMC), Tvm. Passed out BHMS in 1989 through 1st batch of GHMCT. Served as Lecturer at Fr. Muller's Homoeopathic Medical College, Mangalore from 1991 to 1996. Joined the Department of Homoeopathy, Government of Kerala in 1999 at GHD, Bandaduka, Kasaragod. Served as Medical Officer at different GHDs in Kasaragod, Trivandrum, Palakkad and Pathanamthitta districts. Became CMO in 2017 and retired as the same in 2018 from GHD, Kadakampally, Trivandrum. Has worked as faculty on behalf of the Department for various programs. Was a guest faculty at IMG, Trivandrum and Ernakulam. Rendered service in RAECH (Rapid Action Epidemic Control Cell- Homoeopathy) at district and state level from the beginning of its inception. Still a member in SLEG as a representative of IHMA. Was the state general secretary of KGHMOA (Kerala Govt. Homoeopathic Medical Officers Association). Was a part of the professional association, IHMA (Indian Homoeopathic Medical Association) at District and State level. Now working as a Specialty Consultant of JEEVANAM (Special Clinic for Lifestyle disorders) at NANONEO HOMOEOPATHY Research & Wellness Center, Thevara, Ernakulam.

 A book on Homoeopathy for general public in Malayalam "ഹോമിയോ ഒരു വേറിട്ട ചികിത്സ" wrtten by Dr B. Vijayakumar was published through Kerala Bhasha Institute and released by former President of India Sri. A P J Abdul Kalam on 14 th of November, 2014
